Partnership Event

In August we held our first participation event at the Portland Basin Museum. Children and young people from all the projects were invited to take part in the creation of an artwork representing the Children's Fund. They also had the chance to write draw and express themselves on a graffiti wall.

Over eighty young people attended the event which also featured a Big Brother style Diary Room which provided an opportunity for everybody to have have their say. This was very popular with many people once they had overcome being camera shy.

The artworks produced on the day are currently on display in the Portland Basin Museum. They will also be display in local libraries through out the borough.
